Shipping & Delivery:
HYG Inc. does not offer international shipping. We ship using Trucking, UPS ground or USPS (United States Postal Service). Please allow 7-10 business days to process and package the order pending credit card authorization for delivery. Delivery time is dependent on shipping location. If the order is canceled for any reason, the time it takes for the hold to release depends on the issuer of the card. Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Returns & Replacements:
We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. However, if there are any issues with your purchase we'd be happy to help fix the problem. If you are not satisfied you can return your purchase for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase, but we may refuse or delay returns if fraud or abuse is suspected. You may return any online purchases by mailing item(s) to our fulfillment center in the USA at the following address:

Ordering:
When placing an order online, you may use the following payment methods: American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, and debit cards with the MasterCard or Visa logo. We cannot accept checks, cash, money orders or COD as payment. We only accept credit cards issued from countries where we ship. We currently do not take gift cards or prepaid cards. For all orders, the billing and shipping address will have to match.
